Everything you need to know for a safe visit to our production location
Dear visitor, welcome to our production location. UCC Coffee Benelux produces high-quality foods in a technological environment. That is why special rules for visitors apply. These are important for the safety of visitors, our employees and our coffee and tea products.
Your UCC Coffee contact person is responsible for providing information and accompaniment at our bproduction location.
Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed in the production location.
Visitors and external service providers must register via the digital reception.
The visitor's pass must be visibly worn and returned after the visit.
It is not allowed to smoke (also applies to e-smokers) in the buildings and on the grounds.
When there are symptoms of illness such as fever, persistent cough, persistent colds, shortness of breath, nausea and / or vomiting, skin disorders and / or diarrhea is not allowed to visit the business location.
Hand washing is mandatory after toilet visit.
In the event of an emergency, the instructions of the company emergency services and / or emergency services must be followed.
The following requirements apply to the production environment:
Safety shoes must always be worn.
Wearing a visitor coat is mandatory.
Head hair must be completely covered with a hairnet.
The hands must be washed before entering the production location.
Hearing protection is mandatory in the production location.
In the case of visible mustache and / or beard hairs, wearing a beard net is mandatory.
It is not permitted to wear jewelry and / or a watch.
It is not permitted to touch products and / or machines and / or installations.
Eating and drinking is only permitted in the company canteen and meeting rooms, this also applies to confectionery.
Loss of contact lenses or glasses as well as breakage of glasses must be reported immediately to the UCC Coffee contact person.
Video and audio recordings may only be made after permission from the UCC Coffee contact person.
Additional requirements apply to external service providers.
