General Visitor Guidelines
- Your UCC Coffee contact person will provide information and guide you on-site.
- Visitors under 18 are not allowed in the production area.
- Please check in via our digital reception and register your visit.
- Wear your visitor badge visibly and return it upon departure.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the premises and inside the buildings.
- Do not visit the site if you have symptoms such as fever, coughing, cold, shortness of breath, nausea, skin conditions, or diarrhea.
- Wash your hands after using the restroom.
- In case of emergencies, follow the instructions of emergency response teams or external services.
Production Area Rules
- Safety shoes must be worn at all times.
- A visitor’s coat is mandatory.
- Cover all head hair with a hairnet.
- Wash your hands before entering the production area.
- Hearing protection is required.
- If you have visible beard or mustache hair, a beard net is mandatory.
- In the production areas, it is prohibited to wear jewelry, watches, artificial nails, false eyelashes, or painted nails; painted nails must be fully covered.
- Do not touch machines, products, or equipment.
- Eating and drinking are only allowed in the canteen or meeting rooms.
- Report any loss or breakage of contact lenses or glasses to your contact person immediately.
- Taking photos or videos is only allowed with prior consent from your contact person.
- Additional rules apply to external service providers.
